In this lesson we look at bars 13 through 27 of the Gary Novak solo in the track 'Nothing Left Unsaid' by Lyle Workman.

The video lesson is 1 hour 15 minutes and I take you through the solo one bar at a time, breaking down everything to make it easy to understand.  

I also pull various exercises and licks out of the solo that you can add to your own repertoire making it a very useful lesson if you want to play your own drum solo.

Play along mp3s are included of each bar at 80,90,100,110,120,125,130 and 136 BPM so you can work on the parts on your own.  There's also a play along mp3 of the whole section at those tempos.
